Baby boomers is the name for the generation born from 1945-1962. This is because the soldiers from world war 2 were coming home and needed to make a family so. It is estimated that 76 million babies were born during this time. Nowadays they are parents and becoming senior citizens at this point.

Planking

Planking is the art of laying face down and flat, like a plank, usually in very unusual locations or dangerous places. The fad is directed towards to young kids, teens, and young adults, as they are generally;y the people who will be doing it. It became popular after a small group of people started posting this type of picture on Facebook, soon many others started to follow suit and thus, the fad started, making it one of the earliest recorded memes. Nowadays, the fad has more or less fizzled out of relevance, but thats simply because of the changing times. In our society, planking was a meme pioneer, paving the way for newer and better memes, but it will forever be remembered for its cultural significance and originality.
